SMMBOARD GUIDES
Manage multiple SMM provider APIs from one workspace
Managing several panels usually means keeping track of separate accounts, API connections, balances and order histories. SMMBoard brings supported provider connections together so you can organise that work in one place.
Connect the provider account you control
Create or use your existing account with the provider, then obtain the API connection details from that provider’s account settings. Add the supported HTTPS endpoint and API key in SMMBoard. The connection identifies your account with that provider; it does not combine provider balances or replace the provider’s own account requirements.
Organise connections and service research
Use the provider workspace to keep your connections together, inspect available services and review balance information where the provider API supports it. Combine this with service search and lists to build a repeatable workflow. An API connection can expose different capabilities depending on the provider, so confirm support for the actions you intend to use.
Protect API credentials throughout their lifecycle
Treat an API key like a password for the provider account. Submit it only through the connection form over HTTPS. Stored keys are encrypted on the server and are excluded from ordinary member responses. Use the provider’s own controls to revoke or replace a key when access is no longer needed. Never include keys in support messages, shared screenshots or public notes.
Understand connection and order failures
A rejected request can result from an invalid key, insufficient balance, a changed service or an unavailable provider. Check the provider response and the order history before retrying a submission, because an uncertain response does not always mean that no order was created. Keep your provider account accessible for checking disputed or delayed orders directly.
