SMMBOARD GUIDES
Organise SMM services and manage orders in one place
A useful SMM workflow connects discovery, comparison and order tracking. SMMBoard helps you move from a saved service shortlist to an organised view of orders across supported providers.
Turn a search result into a reusable shortlist
Save relevant services to a list and group them around the work you need to do. A list can represent a platform, a project or a set of comparable services. Keep the names and notes clear enough to understand later. Service identifiers are provider-specific, so always confirm both the provider and the service before submitting an order.
Review the details before ordering
Check the destination link, quantity, available balance and the provider’s current service requirements. Verify that the service accepts the type of link you are submitting and that the quantity falls within its published limits. Use services only where you have the necessary permission and where their use is consistent with the relevant platform’s rules.
Follow the provider’s reported status
Use order history and tracking to review submitted orders and the status returned by supported APIs. Status labels and update timing vary between providers. If an order appears delayed, inspect its existing provider order ID before submitting another order. Refill, cancellation and other follow-up actions depend on what that particular service and API support.
Keep a clear record when something changes
Store useful order notes and organise related work so that problems can be traced back to the original service and provider. When contacting a provider about an order, use its order reference and the relevant service details. SMMBoard centralises the workflow, while the connected provider remains responsible for the delivery and resolution of its orders.
